Se trata del mismo tipo de procesos que tienen lugar en la mente\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No se trataba de dos problemas<\/strong> que requer\u00eda dos enfoques distintos. Se trataba de un mismo problema que se manifestaba en dos salas diferentes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed que Beer sigui\u00f3 haciendo lo que siempre hab\u00eda hecho: \u201cEl trabajo es muy similar, en el sentido de desarrollar una relaci\u00f3n compasiva, trabajando con esas diferentes partes de uno mismo\u201d, afirma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPero lo que importa a la gente es simplemente aquello con lo que se identifican y lo que les resulta m\u00e1s urgente\u201d.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy en d\u00eda, se describe a s\u00ed misma simplemente como \u201cuna coach centrada en la compasi\u00f3n que ayuda a las personas a mejorar su relaci\u00f3n consigo mismas en los \u00e1mbitos de la vida que les resultan importantes\u201d.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un mundo muy alejado de la \u00abcultura del ajetreo\u00bb y del marketing basado en la verg\u00fcenza que domina el sector, ya que <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/nutrition-advice-membership-site\/\">asesores nutricionales<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/sell-business-coaching-subscriptions\/\" title=\"\">asesores empresariales<\/a> igual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando nos sentamos con ella para nuestra <strong>Serie \u00abFundadores de empresas\u00bb<\/strong>, una cosa estaba clara: ella predica con el ejemplo, y le est\u00e1 funcionando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que llama la atenci\u00f3n es lo evidentes que son estos principios en la forma en que Beer gestiona realmente el negocio en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Es la coherencia para los clientes. \u201cTodo el mundo ve la misma versi\u00f3n de m\u00ed; no me siento agotado al final de la semana y, por eso, la gente no se queda sin mi atenci\u00f3n. Esto protege el trabajo con los clientes y, adem\u00e1s, significa que puedo <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/how-to-sell-digital-products-on-wordpress\/\" title=\"\">crear otras ofertas<\/a> \u201dtambi\u00e9n\u00bb.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_She_Gives_Away_the_Real_Thing_Not_a_Taste_of_It\"><\/span>2. Para cuando alguien hace <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/secret-to-pricing-coaching-services\/\" title=\"\">decidir invertir<\/a>, ya han podido comprobar de primera mano c\u00f3mo les ha ayudado. Depende de la fase en la que se encuentre mi negocio, de si mi objetivo es aumentar mi audiencia o <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/build-email-list\/\" title=\"\">conseguir que la gente se suscriba a mi lista de correo.<\/a>\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se ha dado cuenta de que las publicaciones que generan m\u00e1s conversiones suelen ser las que menos alcance tienen, as\u00ed que ha dejado de centrarse en la cifra equivocada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Su traslado a<\/strong> <strong>Substack<\/strong> No se trataba de publicar menos por el simple hecho de hacerlo, sino de actuar con la suficiente intenci\u00f3n como para que las personas adecuadas lo encontraran realmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSubstack me parece mucho m\u00e1s reflexivo, y prefiero utilizarlo cuando tengo una idea\u201d, afirma. \u201cQuiero que sea reflexivo, \u00fatil e interesante\u201d.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es el mismo instinto que impregna todo lo dem\u00e1s que hace: <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/how-to-create-a-successful-content-marketing-strategy\/\" title=\"\">miedo a quedarse atr\u00e1s<\/a>, y solo escribe cuando realmente tiene algo que merezca la pena decir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si hay una invitaci\u00f3n oculta en la historia de Beer, es esta:<\/strong> Deja de compararte con quienquiera que parezca estar m\u00e1s adelantado y deja de esforzarte por el simple hecho de hacerlo cuando eso no te lleva a ninguna
