Es sind dieselben Vorg\u00e4nge, die im Kopf ablaufen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Es waren nicht zwei Probleme<\/strong> die zwei unterschiedliche Herangehensweisen erforderten. Es handelte sich um ein einziges Problem, das in zwei verschiedenen R\u00e4umen auftrat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also machte Beer einfach weiter wie bisher: \u201cDie Arbeit ist insofern sehr \u00e4hnlich, als es darum geht, eine mitf\u00fchlende Beziehung aufzubauen und mit diesen verschiedenen Anteilen von sich selbst zu arbeiten\u201d, sagt sie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAber was die Menschen bewegt, ist einfach das, was bei ihnen Anklang findet und was f\u00fcr sie am dringlichsten ist.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heute beschreibt sie sich selbst ganz einfach als \u201ceine auf Mitgef\u00fchl ausgerichtete Coachin, die Menschen dabei hilft, ihre Beziehung zu sich selbst in den Lebensbereichen zu verbessern, die ihnen wichtig sind\u201d.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ist meilenweit entfernt von der \u201eHustle-Kultur\u201c und dem auf Scham basierenden Marketing, das die Branche dominiert, denn <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/nutrition-advice-membership-site\/\">Ern\u00e4hrungsberater<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/sell-business-coaching-subscriptions\/\" title=\"\">Business-Coaches<\/a> ebenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als wir uns mit ihr zu unserem <strong>Reihe \u201eUnternehmensgr\u00fcnder\u201c<\/strong>, eines war klar: Sie lebt vor, was sie predigt, und es funktioniert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auff\u00e4llig ist, wie deutlich sich diese Grunds\u00e4tze in der Art und Weise widerspiegeln, wie Beer das Unternehmen im Alltag tats\u00e4chlich f\u00fchrt. Fast \u00fcberall widersetzt sie sich dem herk\u00f6mmlichen Ansatz, sich unerm\u00fcdlich abzurackern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Das haben wir gelernt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_She_Protects_the_Work_by_Structuring_Her_Week\"><\/span>1. Sie sichert ihre Arbeit ab, indem sie ihre Woche strukturiert<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beer teilt ihre Zeit bewusst ein: \u201cIch widme mich gerne von Montag bis Mittwoch der Arbeit f\u00fcr Kunden, dann habe ich einen Tag f\u00fcr eher projektbezogene Aufgaben \u2026 und dann einen Tag f\u00fcr Marketing, Verwaltung und all das.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Vorteil liegt nicht nur in der pers\u00f6nlichen Ausgeglichenheit. Es geht auch um Best\u00e4ndigkeit f\u00fcr die Kunden. \u201cJeder erlebt mich auf die gleiche Art und Weise; ich bin am Ende der Woche nicht ersch\u00f6pft, sodass die Leute dann nicht mehr meine volle Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Es h\u00e4ngt davon ab, in welcher Phase ich mich gerade gesch\u00e4ftlich befinde \u2013 ob ich mein Publikum vergr\u00f6\u00dfern m\u00f6chte oder ob ich <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/build-email-list\/\" title=\"\">Leute dazu bringen, sich in meine E-Mail-Liste einzutragen.<\/a>\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ihr ist aufgefallen, dass die Beitr\u00e4ge, die die beste Konversionsrate erzielen, oft die geringste Reichweite haben, weshalb sie aufgeh\u00f6rt hat, auf die falsche Kennzahl hin zu optimieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ihr Umzug nach<\/strong> <strong>Substack<\/strong> Es ging nicht darum, weniger zu posten, nur um des Postens willen; es ging darum, so zielgerichtet vorzugehen, dass die richtigen Leute die Beitr\u00e4ge auch tats\u00e4chlich finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSubstack wirkt viel durchdachter, und ich nutze die
